We recommend that you take into account several factors when choosing your purifier, including the size of the rooms you will be putting your units in, as well as with the volume of polluted air it will be exposed to on a daily basis – will your purifier be collecting daily exposure or will it be placed in the room with odour, high levels of pet dander etc.

Our rental plans are based around your needs and with consideration of your budget. We have a range of plans on a 36 month basis as well as short & long term hirer options – with even a 1 day hire available if required. All of air purifiers also come with a 30 day satisfaction period commencing when your installation takes place.

At Air Care Solutions, great customer service is one of our main priorities and we pride ourselves on our level of customer service. We aim to have all air purification systems that are purchased outright delivered Next Working Day, and all of our units that are taken out on one of our rental plan fitted within 48 working hours of completing your order. Installation will be carried out by one of our experienced technicians and will be carried out quickly and professionally. For some of our portable units, you will be able to simply plug in your unit and go!

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a call from a member of our scheduling team to arrange a time and date to install your new air purifier that is convenient for you. We will endeavour to make sure you receive a call from your engineer to notify you of a 2-hour time slot for your installation the day prior

On all of our purifiers, both rental and outright purchases, there is a 1 Year Warranty.

How long your filter set will last really depends on the volume of polluted air that is passing through the filters. In a heavily polluted environment, a filter will need changing more regularly however, we recommend typically that you change your filter every 6 months to keep it working optimally and your air as clean as possible.

We accept payment in various ways - using a credit or debit card, bank transfer or if you are renting then via a monthly Direct Debit. We also have PayPal Pay in 3 available for those purchasing outright.

At Aquacool we offer a 30-day, no-hassle return policy. It is important to be aware that for health and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on our air purifiers and air purifier filters if they have been used or turned on.
